Self-Awareness Baseline Reflection
A gentle, structured intake to understand your current emotional landscape, what you are carrying, and what you hope to release, understand, or discover through the program.
Guided Emotional Tracking Tools
Throughout the program, simple structured check-ins help you and the facilitator track your emotional state, identify patterns, and adapt the process to where you are each week.
Structured Journaling Worksheets
